Zech Weaver's life journey is a unique blend of diverse experiences and passions. Growing up in the picturesque landscapes of Hawaii, he later found himself relocating to Orlando, Florida, during his teenage years. However, in March 2020, he decided to make another move, this time to the enchanting Florida Panhandle, drawn by the allure of its beautiful beaches. Here, he took on the role of managing operations at a hotel in Panama City Beach.
Zech's educational background led him to Southeastern University in Lakeland, where he pursued a course of study in practical ministry. Subsequently, he served as a dedicated youth minister for a period, guiding and mentoring young minds. However, it was a deep-seated family history within the real estate industry that eventually prompted Zech to shift gears and explore it as a career path.
Today, Zech has found his niche as the Chief Operations Officer within the Wes Warren Group at Compass. In this role, he is the architect behind their business systems, collaborates with all clients, and lends his expertise to all the marketing and listing projects.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Zech derives immense joy from photographing action sports like baseball, football, and soccer for local high schools, colleges, and nationally recognized competitions. He has also ventured into the world of announcing and emceeing sports competitions and other gatherings, relishing the opportunity to inspire and uplift others. His favorite quote, "If people matter, prove it," encapsulates his core belief, and he goes to great lengths to demonstrate his care and support for people, whom he affectionately considers his "specialty."
